Do I need a medical card to buy from your dispensary?
Yes, but getting one takes just 5 minutes! DC allows all adults 21+ to self-certify for a medical card – no doctor visit needed. DC residents get cards FREE, while visitors can get temporary cards starting at $10 for 3 days. Our staff will help you register in-store.
I'm visiting DC from out of state. Can I shop here?
Absolutely! If you have a medical card from ANY state, we accept it. Don’t have one? Get a temporary DC card online in minutes:
- 3-day pass: $10
- 30-day pass: $20
- 90-day pass: $50

Will my employer or others find out if I register?
No. DC’s medical cannabis registry is confidential and protected by privacy laws. It’s not a public database. Your information is only used to verify your eligibility at dispensaries. DC law also prohibits employment discrimination against medical cannabis patients.
